PIA: Voila Felt & its backing

One thing I’ve definitely noticed since its debut back in winter 07, is that crafters use the paper backing to the Voila felt strips in projects almost as often as the Voila itself. I’ve seen it painted, embossed, scrapped for “parts” (individual swirlies & such), the list goes on … SO many options.
In this recent project dedicated to my younger brother (isn’t he handsome?) – I’ve used both the Voila and its plain backing together in a single layout. The black & white combo works for just about anything!
Other products used include my Signs of Spring papers, Prima’s chipboard alphas, the backing from a package of Prima’s Say it in Crystals, and my 3D flowers for QuicKutz.
