An afternoon in Wiltshire
Jan 23

Check out our British tans! LOL ^_^ So yeah, although I look like I’m about to shoot laser beams out my eyes, I’m *really* happy this shot of Stonehenge turned out. It wasn’t but 3 badly lit shots of the rocks later that the camera battery died, and we were left wandering the field with nothing to do but cling to our little electronic tour guides. It was absolutely FREEZING out there. I kinda regret hurrying round it and back to the comfort of the strategically cozy gift shop, but overall it was a great day! Afterward we spent a few hours in nearby Salisbury, home to a breathtaking gothic cathedral and much to my delight… a Starbucks. There’s nothing quite like a tall soy chai latte to warm me up on a chilly day.

(I used the Silhouette Gem Frames by IOD with this shot – available at Prima Hybrid)

And here’s a recent shot of the sun setting behind the organic fields behind our friends’ home (where we’ve been staying). Ciao for now, gotta pack!
